Your Mission
As a Customer Experience Associate at PUMA, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our Brand Values and service standards. You will play a key role in driving sales and achieving profitability targets through personalized service and product knowledge. This includes accurately processing sales transactions at checkout with speed and efficiency.
In this role, you will also help maintain a clean and organized store environment and ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing merchandise while adhering to our Policies & Procedures and operational standards. Safety and compliance are critical, and you'll contribute to fostering a healthy shopping and working environment.
Flexibility is important in this position, as you will be required to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays, with potential overtime.
