As a Design Consultant , what will your responsibilities be?

Deliver professional, consultative presentations using Bath Fitter's proven tools and techniques.

Own pre-qualified leads and appointments, and generate your own leads for higher commissions.

Build relationships with customers from first appointment to post-installation, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Accurately measure and assess tubs, shower bases, and walls using Bath Fitter’s tools and techniques

Maintain displays and presentation materials to ensure a clean, professional appearance.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

In-home or consultative sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus!).

Proven ability to close sales in a one-call environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable taking measurements and performing basic math.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periods.
