job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDescription : Our client - a leader in digital learning solutions - seeks UX / Visual Designer to join their Digital & Technology division of their organization for advancement of their global learning platforms and products for educators and learners alike. Many projects, tools, that are spread across their design environment will require this professional to have exemplary communication and interpersonal skill sets for the purpose of advocating for the user, stakeholders, and partners alike Will own their individual project so ability to be self-directed while also enjoying and understanding the need for collaborative partnership Will partner directly with the solutions managers, BAs, engineers, etc. Responsibilities : The UI / UX Designer will work across a variety of products and cross-functional teams ensuring quality and unity within our product ecosystem. Take ownership over large, complex projects while maintaining consistency and collaboration across our product ecosystem Contribute at every stage of the design process from ideation and research to prototyping and testing to polished designs and iteration Deliver developer-ready design mocks, low-fi mocks, wireframes, and other UX artifacts for responsive web applications Advocate for usability, accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices Conduct research and critical analysis on existing products and processes to unearth and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement Work with Solutions Managers, Business Analysts, and Stake Holders to synthesize key business goals, feedback, metrics, and customer requests into actionable items Participate in big-picture planning and ideation as well as work refinement Meet with Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to develop a deep understanding of technical feasibility and user needs Help establish, implement, maintain and document a unified Design System across products Provide and receive thoughtful, actionable feedback to and from other Designers Skills : Web design, Digital design, Web design software, mockup, wireframing, adobe creative suite Top Skills Details : Web design,Digital design,Web design software,mockup,wireframing Additional Skills & Qualifications : Desired Skills and Experience Passionate about the future of education Experience within Education, Publishing, or Media Experience creating or implementing Design systems, or familiarity with design system concepts Familiarity with front end development concepts and frameworks Knowledge in native application design for iOS, Android, or desktop apps Experience working in a distributed team across time zones and regions Experience Level : Expert Level About TEKsystems : We're partners in transformation.
