Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Deductions Analyst to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, resolving, and reducing customer deductions, chargebacks, and penaltiesprimarily from our large wholesale accounts.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will investigate the root cause of deductions, including those related to shipping discrepancies, pricing variances, and compliance violations, and partner cross-functionallyparticularly with the Operations teamto drive resolution and implement preventative solutions.

In addition to managing deductions, you will provide support to the Accounts Receivable team through cash application and other AR-related tasks. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on cash flow and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing :

Deduction Analysis & Resolution

• Review and validate customer deductions related to compliance, shipping, and pricing
• Investigate recurring penalties from large accounts and identify root causes
• Dispute and resolve deductions via customer portals and obtain supporting documentation
• Coordinate with Operations, Retail Support, and Sales on claim resolution
• Maintain organized records and prepare deduction-related entries for accounting
