Bus Driver

If you're a CDL holder with experience driving school buses, working with children, and want to spend your days active and in the outdoors, Go West camps is looking for drivers to shuttle our campers to and from our three Colorado Springs locations and to activity sites throughout the Colorado Springs area. We would prefer if you are able to work in ratio as a co-counselor with our summer camp staff and provide supervision for campers ages 5-14.

Staff have opportunities to earn certifications like First Aid / CPR, mountain biking, and paddling, all while being mentored by a supportive leadership team. Who You Are

• A safe and responsible driver with the ability to manage driving multiple vehicles including vans and school buses with the possibility for shuttling multiple groups at once.
• A positive and energetic role model who builds strong, supportive relationships with kids.
• Skilled at creating a sense of belonging and community with campers in your vehicle and within the groups you may help supervise.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly.
