Our client is a well-established behavioral health and social services organization seeking to hire a Front Desk Administrator for a temporary assignment . This position will play a key role in supporting a busy and mission-driven environment focused on community mental health and wellness. The role is expected to begin on August 25th and will run for approximately 2–3 months .
The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and comfortable managing front desk duties while supporting general office functions in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and route incoming calls and messages
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation as needed
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front desk role
Comfortable using basic office equipment (printer, scanner, phone systems, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and / or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Friendly, professional demeanor and customer service mindset
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English / Spanish or other languages) – preferred but not required
Experience working in fast-paced or multi-department environments
