Healthcare Trainer

A company is looking for a Trainer I responsible for developing and conducting training programs in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training needs analyses for staff in the Enrollment, Membership, and Billing department

Identify, select, and develop training programs and aids

Evaluate training program effectiveness and maintain training records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment

Experience in auditing work and presenting findings to management

Ability to assist with policy and procedure revisions

Knowledge of external training program recommendations
