Shipping & Receiving Handler

Warehouse Team Member

Prepare and package all outgoing shipments

Receive incoming materials and store them using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures

Maintain accurate shipping / receiving documentation and traceability records

Track shipping containers and inventory movement

Operate forklifts and standard warehouse equipment

Follow all safety (EHS) procedures and company guidelines

Conduct and support month-end inventories

Load production materials for the assigned production lines

Jump in to support other material handling or warehouse tasks as needed

Ability to read and follow simple written instructions and procedures

Ability to communicate clearly in small group or one-on-one settings

Comfortable interpreting safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals

Basic math skills : add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

Strong common sense and ability to follow both written and verbal directions

Experience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electronic scales, and data entry tools

Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse support preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
