About the role :

• Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
• Our beautiful health center is located in Tribeca, we have a great collaborative team and strong member engagement.
• Seeking someone with strong nursing experience, a background in chronic condition management and lifestyle medicine.

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated New York State compensation is $98,400 - $123,000.
