Role Overview & Key Details

Scheduling : We can offer both PRN and Full-Time options.

PRN Shifts : Normally 0645 - 1915 or 1845 - 0715.

Experience :

ICU (Intensive Care Unit) with some pediatric experience.

Role Overview & Key Details\n\nPosition : PICU Registered Nurse (PRN / Full-Time)\n\nContract : 1-year Government Contract with a potential 2-year extension (3 years total)\n\nSchedule & Experience Flexibility is Key\n\nWe understand that great nurses come from diverse backgrounds, and we are highly flexible regarding both scheduling and specialized experience : \n\n\n\nScheduling : We can offer both PRN and Full-Time options.\n\nPRN Shifts : Normally 0645 - 1915 or 1845 - 0715.\n\nOn-Call : One shift every 12 weeks, rotating.\n\n\n\nExperience : \n\nWhile PICU experience is preferred, we are actively considering candidates with strong experience in related fields, including : \n\nNICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)\n\nICU (Intensive Care Unit) with some pediatric experience.\n\n\n\nExcellent Benefits Package\n\nThis contract role includes a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being : \n\n10 Days Paid Time Off (PTO)\n\n11 Paid Federal Holidays\n\n56 Hours of Sick time\n\nAmazing Work Environment\n\n\n\nCore Qualifications : \n\nTo be considered for this vital role, candidates must possess : \n\nLicense : Full and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. State, Territory, or D.C.\n\nEducation : Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited Nursing program.\n\nExperience : A minimum of 18 months of RN experience in a PICU / NICU / ICU setting within the last 24 months.\n\nCertifications (Must be maintained) : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. (Commit to obtaining the missing certification immediately)
