With the wild success of their Commercial Paint Division, they are currently seeking a skilled Floor Coatings Estimator to help grow their Flooring Division.

About the Role : The Floor Coatings Estimator plays a key role in project success by preparing accurate cost estimates, developing proposals, and building strong client relationships. This position requires mobility and balanceworking both in the office and in the field. You'll regularly visit job sites, meet with clients, and collaborate with crews to ensure smooth operations and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review blueprints, conduct site visits, and gather measurements / specifications.
• Prepare accurate, competitive bids that align with project requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and flooring teams to plan and execute projects successfully.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facility managers, and business owners.
• Present and explain resinous flooring solutions (epoxy, polished concrete, safety striping, etc.).
• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
• Stay engaged in field operations to identify challenges early and support smooth execution.
• Promote safe practices, innovation, and teamwork on every project.
• Utilize estimating / proposal technology to streamline processes.
