Summary :
Supervises department personnel ensuring all employee activities are performed safely, accurately and quantitative that meets the needs of the customer. Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met regarding cleaning, processing, and storage of instruments. Manages employees productivity levels ensure instrumentation is available for all cases. Participates in and engages staff in performance improvement, risk management and infection prevention.
Other information :
High school diploma, computer competencies, i.e. Microsoft office including Excel, EPIC, PowerPoint. 2 years of healthcare related experience required. Management experience preferred, 12 hours of college preferred. Certification in Sterile Processing must be obtained within 6 months.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
