We’re looking for a Caregiver Scheduler (Care Coordinator) to manage and optimize caregiver schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients.

Shift Details : Monday - Friday, shift will fall between 8 : 00am and 6 : 00pm.

Pay Rate : $22.00-25.00 / hour dependent upon experience

Key aspects of the position include the following :

  • Create and maintain caregiver schedules
  • Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability
  • Adjust schedules quickly to accommodate changes
  • Communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and team members
  • Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with policies

    • Requirements :

  • Experience in scheduling or staffing coordination (home care experience a plus!)
  • Previous experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant or Medical Assistant is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in scheduling software & MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations
  • An active drivers license, vehicle insurance and registration is a must have - as you may need to visit client homes from time to time.
