RC Willey is looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Associate to process invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and reconciling account balances. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to manage deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations
• Review, process, and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
• Verify receiving documentation for accuracy and reconcile any pricing discrepancies with purchase orders
• Manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborate closely with team members and support cross-training efforts to ensure departmental flexibility
• Follow up with vendors to collect outstanding credits owed to RC Willey
• All other duties as assigned
