About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Sales to lead its Branch network and Lending team. Key responsibilities for the AVP include motivating and leading a high-performing lending team, fostering a culture that values members and promotes the company's core values, and monitoring industry trends to sustain a competitive edge. The role involves leading all aspects of retail banking, from staffing to sales and service, and providing oversight of daily branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for coaching and mentoring, in-depth knowledge of consumer and real estate lending regulations, and a proven track record of accountability and goal achievement. A minimum of 10 years' experience in retail banking, with a focus on consumer and real estate lending, is required, along with management experience and a preference for those with a background in commercial lending.
