POSITION PROFILE :

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to the assigned business unit leaders and employees of Space Solutions and DSI’s new acquisition Attollo Engineering, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to drive business unit performance. The HRBP will play a key role in workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Partner with business leaders to support business unit objectives and provide HR solutions that align with company and business unit strategy
• Develop and execute HR strategies that drive employee engagement, talent retention, and performance
• Work closely with the Corporate HR team to ensure effective onboarding & offboarding of employees as well as implement compensation, benefits, and training programs that align with business unit needs
• Partner with Corporate HR team on all Timekeeping & Payroll processing activities
• Manage the Career & Organizational Development processes for the business units assigned.  The processes include performance reviews, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and career development programs
• Collaborate with leaders to foster a high-performance culture through leadership development and coaching
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-based decision-making
• Support change management initiatives and help lead organizational transformations
• Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure acquisition of top talent and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent
• Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
• Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
• Prepare and distribute internal and corporate reports as required
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :

TRAVEL : There will be overnight travel outside the local area

SALARY RANGE :   $120,000-$150,000 annual salary, plus participation in a personal performance bonus plan.
