Pay : $20 / hr
Hours : 8am-5pm, M-F
Location : Billings, MT 59101 (100% onsite)
Position Type : Temp to hire
Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
Entering orders into the computer system
Processing customer phone orders
Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
Upselling
Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of inside sales / customer service experience
Must have great customer service and communication skills
Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
Ability to multitask
Must have experience performing most of the functions
Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus are required
Regular in-person attendance required
Must be a fast learner
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
