Senior Controls Engineer - Automation & PLC Systems Specialist

Essential Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation and commissioning of advanced OEM control systems across global manufacturing sites
Develop and optimize PLC / HMI programming solutions using Rockwell and Siemens platforms
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex automation systems
Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in automation and control processes
Maintain documentation and standards compliance for control systems

Required Qualifications :

Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)

3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial controls engineering

Proven expertise with Rockwell Automation Logix PLCs and HMI platforms

Proficiency in Siemens S7 / TIA Portal PLC programming

Strong understanding of industrial network architectures and protocols

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with international team collaboration
