Lead design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM). Drive process improvements and automation opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor on ITIL best practices. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth. 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in ITSM consulting. Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog). ITIL experience; certifications preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
