What you’ll do
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.Lead design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM).Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor on ITIL best practices.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth.What we’re looking for
5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in ITSM consulting.Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog).ITIL experience; certifications preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) and Agile experience desirableWhat’s on offer
