Payroll Clerk / Administrator

Job Details :

• Responsible for recording time from timecards daily, and processing weekly payroll which includes paying payroll taxes, 401K contributions, and garnishments submitted online.
• Certified Payroll Reports to be processed and uploaded to the required programs per each project and submitted the required documents to keep all prevailing wage projects in compliance.
• Must be a team player, we all help each other when and if needed to complete tasks that may have a deadline to meet.
• Must have experience with QuickBooks, Excel Spreadsheets, the ability to be able to adapt to changes and follow through until tasks are completed.
