This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours / times as needed in Aventura, FL. No hybrid or remote.

About the Role

The Network Administrator – Cisco Meraki IoT will own the architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management of CTTI’s Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, campus switching, Wi-Fi, and IoT sensor platform (cameras, smart locks). This role ensures 99.95% network uptime across HQ, Scottsdale, and remote event sites.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Meraki MX, MS, and MR stacks (1,200+ clients).
• Manage site-to-site AutoVPN, Layer 7 firewall, and traffic-shaping policies.
• Integrate Brivo, Zoom Rooms, and IoT devices via Meraki APIs / webhooks.
• Perform capacity planning; create 12-month infrastructure roadmap.
• Lead incident response; maintain Automate monitoring and configuration backups using Python and Meraki Dashboard API.
• Document network diagrams (Visio / Lucidchart) and SOPs for Helpdesk.
• Mentor junior technicians; deliver quarterly training on networking best practices.
