Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a meaningful role in home health care ? Beebe Healthcare is seeking an RN Admissions Nurse to be the first point of contact for patients transitioning to home-based care. In this pivotal role, you will conduct admissions and OASIS assessments , ensuring each patient's plan of care is tailored to their unique needs.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary home health team , you will provide skilled nursing care in collaboration with physicians and under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor . Your expertise will help ensure seamless transitions, optimal patient outcomes, and a compassionate experience for those receiving care in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

This position is 10-hour days 4 days a week. You will work 1 weekend / month and two holidays / year

Requires at least 1 year of RN Home Health experience
