ProCure Heating & Air is a fast-growing HVAC company focused on delivering high-quality service to residential and light commercial clients throughout Central Texas. We are hiring an HVAC Field Supervisor to serve as a working leader responsible for supporting and overseeing HVAC technicians in the field while also running service calls, generating repair revenue, and selling system replacements.

Position Summary

This hybrid role balances technical supervision, team development, and direct field productivity to drive customer satisfaction and company growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily work of HVAC service and install technicians

Conduct job site audits to ensure quality, safety, and proper documentation

Perform ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching to help technicians improve performance and sales skills

Help with onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing training of technicians

Resolve escalated issues from customers or technicians in a professional, timely manner

Support fleet organization, van inventory control, and technician accountability

Run high-priority service calls (residential and light commercial)

Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and sell recommended solutions

Present and close system replacement opportunities, working with install team to coordinate next steps

Track and report on personal and team sales performance using CRM (e.g., Service Titan)

Ensure jobs are completed to company standards and exceed customer expectations

Ideal Candidate Traits :

5+ years of HVAC field experience (diagnostics, repair, and sales)

1–2+ years in a lead tech, trainer, or supervisory role preferred

Required Accreditations : EPA Universal Certification, TDLR HVAC Tech Registration, Valid Driver's License with clean MVR; TACL license a plus

Ability to work in Service Titan or similar CRM platform

Comfortable working in hot / cold conditions and lifting heavy equipment

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Compensation Structure

This role includes a generous base pay of $35-37 / hour (commensurate with experience) and ample opportunity to far exceed those earnings with commission and quarterly performance bonus structure.
