Assist our plumbing team with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals interested in learning the plumbing trade through hands-on experience. The role involves physical labor, outdoor work, and supporting licensed plumbers in commercial construction environments.
Assist plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systemsExcavate and backfill trenches for water and sewer lines using hand tools and / or light equipmentPrepare work areas, tools, and materials as directed by the lead plumberLoad, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sitesMeasure, cut, and assemble pipe or tubing sections as instructedMaintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety proceduresAssist in testing plumbing systems for leaks and proper operationPerform general labor tasks and support other crew members as neededWhat we look for :
Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sitesWillingness to work outdoors and perform physical labor in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform repetitive tasksStrong work ethic and eagerness to learn the plumbing tradeBasic mechanical aptitude and use of hand / power toolsAbility to follow directions and work effectively as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
Previous experience in commercial construction plumbingKnowledge of trenching, excavation, or pipe insulationBilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)Powered by JazzHR
