Medical benefits available after 60 days of full-time employment Supplemental benefits available after 60 days of full-time employment 401K with company match plan after 1 year of full-time employment DT provided Life Insurance and Disability of $25,000 Paid PTO Opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training toward plumbing licensure Assist plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems Excavate and backfill trenches for water and sewer lines using hand tools and / or light equipment Prepare work areas, tools, and materials as directed by the lead plumber Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites Measure, cut, and assemble pipe or tubing sections as instructed Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures Assist in testing plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation Perform general labor tasks and support other crew members as needed Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the plumbing trade Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand / power tools Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in commercial construction plumbing Knowledge of trenching, excavation, or pipe insulation Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
