AR OFFICE CLERK!!

We are looking for an AR Office Clerk for a local client. This position will consist of administrative tasks, heavy on Accounts Receivables. Responsibilities include-

  • Issuing invoices
  • Tracking payments
  • Ensuring timely collection
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Data Entry
  • Making and receiving phone calls​

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Data entry skills with a knack for numbers
  • Hands on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Customer service and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
