Wieland is hiring a Machine Operator . The Machine Operator will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurate processing of all metal purchasing, metal receiving, production, and sales transactions. The high-value material requires a person who is detail-oriented, organized, and analytical to ensure accurate transactions throughout all supply chain processes. The role will be responsible for reporting to support all departments. The role will support SAP rollout throughout the organization and be a systems interface and training resource for site personnel. This role is located in Atlanta, GA, and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay : $25.00 per hour - $25.00 per hour

Schedule : 4 Day Work Week!

Monday - Thursday | 6 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm

Pay Schedule : Weekly

Responsibilities

Machine Operator Responsibilities :

  • Work with plant personnel to support the accurate receiving and payment processing for all raw material receipts. Ensure

accurate receipt of all raw materials, including weights, and development of settlement statements (invoices) for all

received material.

  • Support the commercial team with purchase order and sales order processing.
  • Interface directly with suppliers and customers in a highly professional manner.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure accurate reporting of production, yield, and other operating data / metrics.
  • Generate reporting to support all departments.

    • Machine Operator Qualifications

  • Two to five years of experience in administrative, accounting, or clerical roles for a manufacturing company.
  • Associate degree in accounting or equivalent preferred.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong capacity to independently execute tasks and resolve issues.
  • Strong business understanding.
  • Excellent computer system skills, including using a comprehensive ERP (such as SAP).
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment and to work across functions within and outside the organization.
  • Flexibility to support 24 x 7 operation as needed.
