Litigation Attorney The Stone Law Group, APC, located in San Diego, CA 92101, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team. Since 1978, we have been dedicated to serving the San Diego community with a focus on Probate Litigation, Probate and Trust Administration, as well as Civil Litigation in Business and Real Estate. As a Litigation Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. Daily Responsibilities : Legal document preparation Trial preparation Drafting pleadings and briefs Conducting commercial litigation Participating in depositions Researching and writing legal documents Engaging in oral advocacy Understanding civil procedure Drafting motions Working on business litigation cases Issuing subpoenas Assisting with family law cases Providing litigation support Practicing motion practice Assisting with pre-litigation tasks Required Skills : Excellent research and writing skills Prior litigation experience Interest in oral advocacy Knowledge of civil procedure Ability to draft motions Deposition Wills Settlement Negotiation Technical Skills : Legal document preparation Trial preparation Appellate work Drafting pleadings and briefs Conducting commercial litigation Salary and Benefits : The Stone Law Group, APC offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000, as well as health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
