Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Customs Brokerage, has full operational responsibilities for the oversight of the CHB-410 station. The Senior Manager, Customs Brokerage, assists the Supervisors in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customs Brokerage team. This position provides leadership and oversight within the Brokerage team to ensure compliant transactions, efficient production, and the required customer service level and profitability is achieved and maintained, as well as providing support for team members to promote development. This position reports to the Senior VP International Operations.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

SUPERVISION

Position functions with supervision and has direct reports.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum of an associate's degree (or equivalent) and 10 years of experience in the International transportation industry.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

None required.

TRAVEL

10% of travel required.
