As a key member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will help realize our vision of better healthcare for everyone.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage initial inpatient admission requests for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and determine the appropriate levels of care.
• Review treatment plans and coordinate transitions between various areas of care.
• Gather information from providers on outpatient treatment requests.
• Perform utilization management concurrent reviews of patients during their admission process until discharge.

Compensation for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually for full-time employment, based on various factors such as education, experience, and location.
