The Client is a leading manufacturer of premium residential range hoods, known for innovation, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our executive team and help drive our mission forward.
Position Summary
As the Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will serve as the right hand to our executive leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling strategic focus. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
