About This Role :

A Repair Consultant is a professional who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and helping homeowners improve their spaces. You'll visit customer homes to assess their repair or remodeling needs, provide clear recommendations and estimates, and guide them through the repair process. Once a project is approved, our skilled installers take over to complete the work you've helped initiate.

A successful Repair Consultant on our team is a great listener, strong communicator, and trusted advisor who takes pride in connecting customers with the solutions they need.

Qualifications :

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills with customers
• Hard work ethic
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance
• Willingness to learn carpentry, sheetrock repair, tape and bed, texture, special finishes, painting, attic staircase repair, and installation
