  • Assist with implementation of Transmission Resilience strategic plans to improve transmission resilience.
  • Provide support for writing and implementing procedures and plans and other such documentation
  • Assist with compliance related documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and address potential threats.
  • Participate in the development and execution of emergency and resilience drills and exercises
  • Support disaster and emergency response and recovery efforts
  • Provide support to Transmission management and other stakeholders on the development of corrective actions and mitigation plans
  • Analyze data using business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Participate in the development and delivery of presentations and training
  • Manage and maintain relationships with a diverse network of partners to successfully implement business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of resilience strategies and adjust as necessary.
  • You qualify with :

    • Six or more years' experience in emergency management, operations, project management, strategic business support, business system analysis, risk analysis, or other proven experience. A degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, emergency management, political science, information technology, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
    • You are a great fit with :
