Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential support services in a school setting. Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Collect and record data on student progress for ongoing treatment evaluation.
  • Support students in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards while fostering a positive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Strong communication, observation, and data collection skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
