New Hire Onboarding Associate

This role reports into our Boston office Monday-Thursday (remote flexibility on Friday). Wayfair's Talent Development is tasked with creating a space where all individual contributors and people managers can learn, grow, and excel. Every day we work with key stakeholders across the organization to develop our people and help Wayfair remain a leader in e-commerce. We focus on guiding Wayfair team members to do their best work by developing their skills, helping them increase their impact, and ensuring they feel connected to Wayfairs core values and culture. As a New Hire Onboarding Associate you'll develop, support, and implement global programming that aligns with Wayfair's People Principles, including orientation, onboarding, and company-wide compliance training. You will be responsible for planning and executing on these existing programs, as well as identifying opportunities to improve and expand our offerings.

What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end delivery of Wayfair's corporate orientation program
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for large groups of Wayfair new hires, engaging the audience and providing a warm personal welcome
• Monitor team inbox and Slack channels, answering key onboarding questions from new hires
• Independently manage participant tracking and feedback, communications, and marketing efforts, while identifying opportunities for enhancement
• Leverage and analyze data to evaluate the success of our onboarding programs / processes and optimize future iterations
• Create and schedule training sessions in the learning management system (LMS)
• Maintain and update key spreadsheets / reports to ensure accurate training completion data and periodically share findings with relevant stakeholders
• Perform other related duties as required or requested
