Program Manager

Our Client, leading global provider of food, facilities and uniform services is looking for someone to join their team as a Program Manager!

This is an hybrid 12-month contract role that takes place in Philadelphia, PA

Required Skills &Experience

• 5+ years program or project management experience leading multi-team technical programs that delivered process change and measurable outcomes.
• Strong data analysis skills; comfortable querying datasets, building analyses in SQL or similar tools, and working directly with data to inform decisions.
• Proven experience working on programs that employed technology and AI / ML to solve process problems (designing, integrating, or operationalizing models).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; track record of driving complex tasks to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting program status and tradeoffs to executives.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Technical fluency sufficient to partner with engineers and data scientists; familiarity with data engineering, model deployment, or automation platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
