Overview
AllHealth Network (AHN) a leading provider in the behavioral health sector is seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to shape and execute our long-term strategic vision. As a key member of our Executive Committee the CGO will collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to ensure AHN continues to thrive in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Committee to develop and implement organization-wide strategy and annual strategic plans
- Lead strategic planning and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives
- Drive revenue diversification including new payer partnerships and service lines
- Oversee mergers, acquisitions and strategic investments
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analyses
- Foster an inclusive innovative culture and support organizational transformation

$220k – $250k
