About You

As Property Administrator you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the team with a commercial property. Your superior communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries you exude professionalism and your customer service skills are second to none. Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills attention to detail and a positive attitude to everything you do.

In this role you will :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners tenants vendors and contractors.

Respond in a timely manner to tenants needs to meet lease obligations.

Support the property manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy and on-time.

Successfully manage all administrative tasks including work orders service requests rent and expense payments property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.

What you bring :

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.

Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants needs.

Excellent customer service skills proactive results-oriented and resourceful.

Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy excellent product quality and attention to detail.

Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi MRI etc.

Experience with contracts and leasing agreements.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role : $31 / hour to $36 / hour.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents including adoptive / foster parents) of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
