Position

We are seeking a talented and versatile Product & Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. This full-time, in-office position blends product design for our education platforms with brand and marketing design to drive engagement, usability, and business impact.

Youll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate regularly with our product manager and engineers to bring design concepts to life across Parsecs products and digital presence.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy- someone who understands how design choices influence user experience, storytelling, and overall business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Product Design : Collaborate with product manager and engineers to design intuitive, accessible user interfaces and experiences for Parsecs platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that balance functionality and brand alignment.
• Conduct design QA and collaborate with developers through implementation.
• Maintain and evolve Parsecs design system for consistency across product experiences.
• Marketing Design : Design digital and print materials, including campaign assets, landing pages, conference collateral, social graphics, and presentations.
• Partner with the marketing team to visually communicate complex ideas in simple, compelling ways.
• Support branding and creative evolution projects that strengthen our identity and market positioning.
• Optimize website design and UX on WordPress to support lead generation and brand storytelling.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure design consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Consider the business impact behind each design decisionbalancing aesthetics, usability, and strategic goals.
• Bring creativity and a spirit of innovation to every project, helping elevate Parsecs brand and products.

Qualifications

The expected range of pay for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits. Our Hiring Manager can share more information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors during the hiring process.
