The Pediatric Hospitalist Division at K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital (KHCH) is experiencing significant growth and is seeking two highly motivated, full-time Academic Pediatric Hospitalists to join our premier Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) program—home to New Jersey’s only Pediatric Hospital Medicine Fellowship. Join a thriving team of 14 academic pediatric hospitalists and 3 pediatric nurse practitioners at our main campus, Jersey Shore University Medical Center, located in beautiful Neptune, NJ—a central coastal location with convenient access to New York City and Philadelphia. KHCH provides comprehensive pediatric care with full coverage from all major pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including PICU, NICU, a dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department, premier pediatric surgeons, and New Jersey’s first and only Level I Pediatric Trauma Center.
Job Summary :
The Pediatric Hospitalist will manage hospitalized patients from birth through young adulthood and provide newborn care in our Well Newborn Nursery. As an integral member of our academic faculty, you will mentor PHM fellows, pediatric residents, medical students, and other learners. Opportunities for scholarly work are supported, including clinical research, education, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.

COMPENSATION :
Minimum Starting Base Salary : $188,292.00

Internal Equity : Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and / or sub‑specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding : Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
