Role : API BA (API-focused business analyst )

Location : NYC NY (3-4 days Onsite per week)

JD :

This role demands a blend of business acumen and technical knowledge to translate business needs into actionable API requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that can be addressed by APIs
• Strong understanding of REST APIs JSON / XML data formats and API authentication.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger / OpenAPI etc..
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies including writing user stories and backlog management.
