Summary Statement :
The Food and Beverage Specialist II play a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage department by providing advanced administrative and operational assistance to its executive team. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office functions, coordinating departmental activities, and ensuring smooth execution of F&B operations across the division.
Primary Job Duties : – Includes but is not limited to :
- Assist with managing executive schedules and acting as a liaison for the executive team.
- Perform general clerical duties including preparing correspondence, greeting visitors, and arranging conference calls.
- Prepare and modify documents such as reports, menus, schedules, memos, and emails.
- Plan, organize, and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons, and client dinners.
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
- Transcribe memos, meeting minutes, and department documents.
- Complete travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and partners.
- Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, enter data, run reports, and manage information requests.
- Manage departmental calendars, reservations, and event timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, consultants, and hospitality partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing and certifications.
- Use personal device / cellular phone for job-related tasks and document access.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.Polished appearance and professional demeanor.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.Full understanding of company and department policies and procedures.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Must be at least 21 years of age.Minimum Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or Technical School graduate.At least one year of administrative or coordinator experience.Preferred :
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Adobe Pro for menu editing.Knowledge of systems such as Red Rock, Certify, Hot SOS, Kronos, and restaurant POS platforms.Prior experience in a luxury resort or high-volume food and beverage environment.Certificates, Licenses, Regulations :
