As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America were looking for an experienced PLANT SUPERINTENDENT - C CREW (FRIDAY and SATURDAY 6 AM to 4 : 30 PM and SUNDAY and MONDAY 6 PM to 4 : 30 AM).

We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated highly disciplined high-energy and hands-on PLANT SUPERINTENDENT with plant manufacturing leadership experience in either production operations and / or materials. Experience in third-party logistics and / or the automotive industry is highly preferred.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

• Reports directly to the Plant Manager.
• Strong leadership skills managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Create direction for departments by having daily and weekly meetings with the direct reports.
• Maintain and improve employee morale by facilitating team building and communication within the department.
• Direct coordinate and assign work activities to all employees under supervision in facility and monitor review and evaluate work product methods and procedures of those employees.
• Understanding of lean processing principles.
• Responsible for driving continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain effective KPIs monitors performance and initiates improvement opportunities.
• Exceeds client-customer expectations.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
• Diagnose problems replace / repair parts test and make adjustments.
• Enforce company policies / procedures and corresponding work instructions.
