Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, brand development, customer-centric marketing, digital marketing and technology oversight, partnerships, and team leadership. The ideal candidate for the CMO position at the company will have over 10 years' of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years' in a senior role, and a robust skill set in utilizing AI tools. They should possess exceptional communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly for niche or underserved markets. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging technologies is essential, and experience in the events, ticketing, or entertainment industry is a plus. The CMO will be expected to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation, and in the future, build and lead a high-performing marketing team that shares a passion for inclusivity and accessibility.
