Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy to support patients’ mental health and recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Connect patients with community resources and support systems during care transitions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
