A leading hospital chain is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join the cardiovascular care team in Temple, TX. You will be performing and reviewing advanced cardiac ultrasound studies, ensuring high-quality imaging, and supporting physicians in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma environment. This position requires someone committed to accuracy, patient safety, and delivering comprehensive cardiology imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiography procedures in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Prepare equipment and patients, obtain clinical histories, and adapt imaging techniques as needed.
• Review echocardiographic images, record measurements, and document preliminary findings.
• Assist cardiologists during intraoperative and procedural echocardiography when required.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and ensure daily quality checks.
• Support lab quality assurance, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to ensure coordinated patient care.
