Disbursements Manager (Accounts Payable)

Job Description :

BGMP is seeking a Disbursements Manager to join our Accounting team.

Responsibilities :

• Assign proper GL coding and approval routing for ten subsidiaries based on FP&A budgeted reports
• Set amortization schedules for prepaid invoices.
• Assist AP Manager in tracking backlog of invoice approvals
• Assist in creating PO's for IT.

Qualifications :

The BGMP office is located in downtown Boston, near Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, and is easily accessible by MBTA and commuter rail lines. This position is based in Boston, and candidates should be based in the area or willing to move.
