As the Occupational & Employee Health Manager, you will manage all aspects of the hospital's Employee Health Services and Worker's Compensation Program.

What you will do in this role :

• Maintain oversight of all Employee Health / Occupational Health processes, including, but not limited to : new-hire assessments, annual TB screenings, administration of wellness and safety programs, injury coordination and case management, as well as OSHA initiatives, programs and activities.
• Minimize pre-occurrence exposure by promoting universal compliance with occupational safety and risk-management policies and procedures and related regulations.
• Minimize post-occurrence exposure by investigating claims, ensuring referral to appropriate medical care, and collaborating with stakeholders toward settlement of respective obligations.
• Chair the Employee Safety & Security Committee and ensure active participation of department team members on the Environment of Care and Infection Control committees.
