Creative Director (Luxury Fashion)

John Evans Recruiting is conducting a Creative Director search for a client in Boston. We are seeking a creative leader with luxury fashion industry experience to lead 20 staff through a challenging and exciting brand redesign.

This position will be 3 days onsite in office. Full relocation is offered to the area for this role.

Creative Director requirements :

Passion for design with excellent taste.

Ability to be hands-on in a smaller to mid-sized company with fewer resources.

Ability to define the operating model and strategy for the creative team.

Ability to create a vision and excitement for the brand.

Ability to coach, nurture, and grow a junior team.

Retail DTC / ecommerce company experience.

Luxury apparel or accessories brand experience is strongly preferred.

Must be in office 3 days at a minimum, with 4 days preferred.

Proven experience with a full brand redesign is highly desired.
