Location : Miami‑Fort Lauderdale Area | Salary : $80,000.00 – $90,000.00

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various platforms. This position requires a proactive approach to public relations, marketing communications, and internal communications.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist with developing comprehensive communication plans that align with organizational goals.

Conduct thorough research to identify market trends and audience preferences.

Assist with compelling content for various channels, including newsletters, social media, and website updates.

Proofread and edit all communication materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the organization at events and conferences.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.

Required Skills / Abilities

Proven experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.

Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published work demonstrating proficiency in various formats.

Excellent verbal communication skills with experience in public speaking or presentations.

Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform communication strategies.

Detail‑oriented with exceptional proofreading abilities.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is preferred.
