Building Inspector

Willdan is looking for a Building Inspector / Plans Examiner - Residential & Commercial BN near Orlando FL. The Building Inspector will perform inspections of both residential (1 & 2-family dwellings) and commercial / multifamily buildings to ensure that construction, renovation, alteration, repair, demolition, and installation of building systems comply with the Florida Building Code and applicable local technical amendments. The Building Inspector will review plans, issue notices of violation, and communicate with contractors, builders, homeowners, architects and engineers.
